Judge Scher named Distinguished Jurist of the Year
The Circuit congratulates Judge Rosemarie Scher. Judge Scher, was named Distinguished Jurist of the Year by the SPBCBA, during the organization’s 62nd Annual Installation Gala. SPBCBA President Julmiste presented the award.

In Memory of Jan Leslie
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Jan Leslie. She came to the Circuit with Judge Jack Cook, and served as his Judicial Assistant. After many enjoyable years of working as a JA with Judge Cook, Jan transitioned to enjoyable years of working as a team with Judge Glenn Kelley, until she retired on May 31, 2015. More info
