It is with great sadness that the Circuit announces the passing of the Honorable Ronald V. Alvarez on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
Automated Differentiated Case Management
Effective September 1, 2023, newly filed cases shall be issued a Differentiated Case Management Order (DCMO) pursuant to Administrative Order 3.110.

Changes to Differentiated Case Management
Next month, the Circuit anticipates amending Administrative Order 3.107 relating to Civil Differentiated Case Management Plans.
Nursing Room for Mothers
The Fifteenth Judicial Circuit offers lactation rooms, in the Main Courthouse, South County Courthouse, and the West County Courthouse, for the benefit of nursing mothers. The rooms, outfitted by the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL), offer comfort and privacy for the purpose of breastfeeding or expressing breast milk.

Supreme Court Defers Adoption of Recommendations
The Supreme Court has deferred adoption of the Report and Recommendation of the Workgroup on Improved Resolution of Civil Cases. See, Order dated January 12, 2023, Case No.: SC22-122.
Judge Glenn Kelley re-elected as Chief Judge
Chief Judge Glenn Kelley will serve a second two-year term as Chief Judge of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.
