Effective July 5, Court Administration will prepare Orders to Transfer cases into IA and IZ from the other Probate/Guardianship divisions.

Hon. Mark Eissey
With a very heavy heart, the Circuit announces the passing of the Hon. Mark Eissey, County Judge. He served as a prosecutor with the SA's Office in Palm Beach County for 17 years. On January 4, 2005, he was appointed to the County Court bench. He retired January 31, 2022.
General Counsel
The Chief Judge and the Selection Panel are pleased to announce that Ms. Katherine ("Katie") Mullinax was selected to serve as General Counsel. Ms. Mullinax, currently a Supervising Trial Court Law Clerk, will begin her duties as General Counsel on June 7, 2022.
