The South County Courthouse will be closed Monday, November 20 - Friday, November 24 for the fumigation of termites. Court will resume on Monday, November 27.
It is with great sadness that the Circuit announces the passing of the Honorable Ronald V. Alvarez on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
Effective September 1, 2023, newly filed cases shall be issued a Differentiated Case Management Order (DCMO) pursuant to Administrative Order 3.110.

The Fifteenth Judicial Circuit offers lactation rooms, in the Main Courthouse, South County Courthouse, and the West County Courthouse, for the benefit of nursing mothers. The rooms, outfitted by the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL), offer comfort and privacy for the purpose of breastfeeding or expressing breast milk.

Chief Judge Glenn Kelley will serve a second two-year term as Chief Judge of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.
