The Judges of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit have elected the Hon. Glenn Kelley to serve as the next Chief Judge. Judge Kelley’s term as Chief Judge is for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.

Chief Judge Marx has announced the new assignment of judges, effective January 2021. Please see the attached Administrative Order.

NOTICE: Face Mask or Facial Covering Required for Entry into Courthouses
In compliance with Administrative Order 12.510-12/2020.18, all persons entering any of the courthouses in Palm Beach County shall wear a mask or facial covering.
The Circuit congratulates Judge Jaimie Goodman on his re-election to the Circuit Bench. Judge Goodman, who took the bench in 2015, has presided in Circuit Civil Division AD since 2018.
Chief Judge Marx has announced that the Circuit will hold a limited number of jury trials in October and November. The Clerk of Court will summons citizens of Palm Beach County for jury service over the next couple of weeks.
The Court is accepting written Conditional Pleas of No Contest and Waiver of Appearance in traffic cases.
