Mr. Ferguson holds a Juris Docotr from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs and Economics from Florida State University. Prior to joining the Fifteenth Judicial Ciruit, Mr. Ferguson served as a Student Clinician and Research Assistant with the University of Florida Levin College of Law; Judicial Intern with the Honorable Mark A. Barnett; and as a Legal Intern with the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Principal Legal Advisor.
