The Fifteenth Judicial Circuit’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Office (ADR) utilizes Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediators who assist parties to reach a mutually acceptable agreement, in an attempt to resolve all or some of the issues attached to Family, Dependency, Residential Evictions, Commercial Evictions, Small Claims, and other County Civil cases.
