Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases will continued to be scheduled for a pretrial conference by the Clerk at the time of filing. Invoking Rules of Civil Procedure will be handled at the discretion of the divisional Judge. Parties are directed to carefully consult divisional instructions for specific PIP procedures.
