The 15th Circuit has launched a pilot program to enhance scheduling services through the Online Scheduling (OLS) system. These enhancements are designed to improve communication and scheduling efficiency for parties and counsel. Registered OLS users may now subscribe to text and email notifications when hearing dates become available, join a priority standby list for earlier hearing opportunities resulting from cancellations, and download web calendar appointments for scheduled hearings.
For more information and a list of participating divisions, visit the project homepage Scheduling Messaging System Project.
Training resources are available on the Circuit’s YouTube Channel, CourtHelp4U.
As a pilot program, features and participating divisions may change. Please continue to review each judge’s divisional instructions for current procedures and updates.
