Stuart Rimland

Stuart Rimland joined the Circuit in August 2015 and served as a Staff Attorney until August 2017. Stuart returned to the Circuit as a Senior Supervising Staff Attorney in September 2023. Stuart received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida. He continued his education at the Northwestern University School of Law. While in law school, he won the Miner Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Journal of International Human Rights.

Stuart has worked as an associate for a private law firm where his practice focused on ERISA and first-party property claims. He also has served as a law clerk in the Southern District of Florida. Stuart has extensive policy experience, working for the Florida Senate, the Florida Department of Agriculture, and the Miami-Dade County Office of the Commission Auditor.
