Judge Scher named Distinguished Jurist of the Year
The Circuit congratulates Judge Rosemarie Scher. On May 4, Judge Scher, was named Distinguished Jurist of the Year by the South Palm Beach County Bar Association (SPBCBA), during the organization’s 62nd Annual Installation Gala. Newly installed SPBCBA President Wilnar Julmiste presented the award to Judge Scher.
