The Fifteenth Circuit's Domestic Violence Program is comprised of Circuit Judges, County Criminal Court Judges, and case managers. The cases that come before the judges who preside over domestic violence cases include domestic violence petitions, repeat violence, sexual violence, dating violence and stalking, violation of injunction cases, and criminal misdemeanor cases. The Domestic Violence case managers provide referrals, case assessment, case management, and assist the judges with the drafting of proposed injunction orders, time-sharing schedules, and child support.
Please note the Clerk's Domestic Violence
Department for the filing of petitions closes at 4:00 p.m.
Court administration in the 15th Judicial Circuit is no longer providing monitoring and certification for the new providers. Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission (CJC) has partnered with Court administration and has formed a committee to maintain and monitor the list of the providers and review certification and recertification of the new and existing providers. To apply to become a BIP provider for the Circuit or to get additional information, please contact Rosalind Murray at RMurray@pbcgov.org.
