Phase I: Acclimation
Court Appearance: Every 2 Weeks
Expected Duration: 30 Days
Requirements
- Submit to random drug testng, 2 tmes per week
- Participate in orientation meetng with Coordinator
- Review of Dependency Case Plan tasks
- Complete treatment assessment to determine treatment recommendation (if not already engaged)
- Follow all treatment recommendations; attend and participate in required sessions
- Attend and abide by court-ordered visitation with child(ren)
- Weekly check in with Drug Court Coordinator
- Check in with Dependency Case Manager every 14 days
- Attend 2-3 AA/NA meetings OR equivalent sober support approved by team per week and submit documentation
- Identify support network and potential delegates for visitation
- Attend all required court hearings
- Continue to work on Case Plan tasks
- Completion of any corrective actions
TO ADVANCE TO PHASE II: Complete 30 days and comply with requirements listed above
Phase II Intensive Services
Court Appearance: Every 2 Weeks
Expected Duration: 60 Days
Requirements
- Submit to random drug testing, 2 per week
- Attend and participate in all treatment services; progress towards treatment goals
- Attend and abide by court-ordered visitation with child(ren)
- Weekly check in with Drug Court Coordinator
- Check in with Dependency Case Manager every 14 days
- Attend 2-3 AA/NA meetings OR equivalent sober support approved by Team per week and submit documentation
- Obtain a Sponsor and/or Peer Recovery Support Specialist
- Attend all required Court hearings
- Engage support network with Family Drug Court program and hearings (friend/family & children)
- Continue to work on Case Plan tasks
- Completion of any corrective actions
TO ADVANCE TO PHASE III: Negative screens for last 30 days (min) and comply with requirements listed above
Phase III: Continuing Care
Court Appearance: Every 2 Weeks
Expected Duration: 60 Days
Requirements
- Submit to random drug testng, 2 per week
- Attend and participate in all treatment services; progress towards treatment goals
- Attend and abide by court-ordered visitation with child(ren)
- Weekly check in with Drug Court Coordinator
- Check in with Dependency Case Manager every 14 days
- Atend 2-3 AA/NA meetings OR equivalent sober support approved by Team per week and submit documentation
- Obtain stable employment
- Obtain stable housing
- Attend all required Court hearings
- Continue to engage support network with Family Drug Court program and hearings (friend/family & children)
- Continue to work on Case Plan tasks
- Completion of any corrective actions
TO ADVANCE TO PHASE IV: Negative screens for last 45 days (min) and comply with requirements listed above.
Phase IV: Stability
Court Appearance: Monthly
Expected Duration: 90 Days
Requirements
- Submit to random drug testing, 2 per week
- Attend and participate in all treatment services; progress towards treatment goals
- Weekly check in with Drug Court Coordinator
- Check in with Dependency Case Manager every 14 days
- Attend 4 AA/NA meetings OR equivalent sober support approved by Team per week and submit documentation
- Reunification with child(ren) if not already reunified
- Maintain stable employment
- Maintain stable housing
- Attend all required Court hearings
- Continue to engage support network with Family Drug Court program and hearings (friend/family & children)
- Continue to work on Case Plan tasks
- Completion of any corrective actions
TO ADVANCE TO PHASE V: 60 days of consecutive, negative screens and comply with requirements listed above.
Phase V: Independence
Court Appearance: Monthly
Expected Duration: 90 Days
Requirements
- Submit to random drug testing, 2 per week OR 1 per week at the discretion of the court
- Attend and participate in all treatment services; progress towards treatment goals
- Weekly check in with Drug Court Coordinator
- Check in with Dependency Case Manager every 14 days
- Attend 4 AA/NA meetings OR equivalent sober support approved by Team per week and submit documentation
- Maintain stable employment
- Maintain and strengthen reunification
- Maintain stable housing
- Comply with Case Plan tasks
- Attend all required Court hearings
- Develop and present aftercare plan to continue engagement with support network to aid continued sobriety
- Completion of any corrective actions
TO GRADUATE: 90 days of consecutive, negative screens and comply with requirements listed above
The Court may modify these requirements based on an individual's needs and progress.
Expected length of time in each phase is based on participant engagement and individual progress.
