The Supreme Court of Florida directed each circuit court chief judge to establish a committee on Circuit Technology Governance through administrative order. See AOSC26-10. The Fifteenth Judicial Circuit’s Technology Governance Committee was created by Administrative Order No. 11.803. The Circuit’s Technology Governance Committee will consist of:

- Barbara Dawicke, Trial Court Administrator
- Hon. Joseph Curley, Circuit Judge
- Hon. Santo DiGangi, County Judge
- Noel Chessman, Chief Information Officer, Vice-Chair
- Rich Haney, Systems Architecture Analyst
- Michelle Cruz, Director of Case Management
- Shannon R. Chessman, Chief Deputy Clerk, Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller
- Kimberly Wolf, Judicial Assistant
