DIVISION RF/WD CORONAVIRUS PROTOCOL EFFECTIVE MARCH 18, 2020
Due to the current Coronavirus (Covid 19) outbreak the following Administrative Orders (15th Judicial Circuit AO- 12.510 and Florida Supreme Court AOSC 20–15) will control proceedings in Division RF/WD:
Beginning March 18, 2020 until further Order of the Court, all in person (live in court) Division RF/WD proceedings are suspended. Hearings but not trials may proceed via telephone.
The Party (Landlord on Eviction Matters) scheduling the matter for hearing has the responsibility to coordinate the Telephonic Appearance for the Hearing. If the opposing party wishes to appear by telephone they may contact the scheduling party via email- if known -or via telephone to be conferenced in for the hearing. PARTIES MUST AGREE ON SERVICE TO USE
The person who wishes to use such a service must select the vendor, contact the vendor, and pay the vendor. It is not the Circuit’s responsibility to contact and select the vendor nor can we direct that the litigants use one vendor over another.
