Effective August 26, 2016 Family Division "FD" has implemented online scheduling and the parties should not call the Judicial Assistant to special set hearings. Please see "Divisional Instructions" for procedures.
Our office does not communicate via e-mail, the "cad" box nor do we accept faxes or hand deliveries. For security reasons, all hand deliveries must be left at the first floor information desk.
Effective August 11, 2017, temporary custody matters require a letter to the Judge requesting a hearing. The Judge will review the Court file and the Judicial Assistant will contact the attorney once the matter is ready to be special set for hearing. Temporary custody matters cannot be set for hearing unless this procedure has been followed.
