Mediation Week is a good time to recognize the mediation staff of the 15th Judicial Circuit. Our staff mediators are Jeffrey Kash, Kelly Henderson, Lourdes Castillo, Marissa Todino and Toni O’Brien. Benjamin Johnson is our Mediation Coordinator and Rosa Diaz is our Office Coordinator. Recently added to our staff mediator roster is Susan Petza. Susan comes to us from the 8th Judicial Circuit. In addition, we are happy to have Nadya Aleman join us full time as an Administrative Assistant from her previous OPS position.
We also want to thank our 25 contract mediators, many who also volunteer for the circuit.
To thank our volunteers, the 15th Judicial Circuit is holding a Continuing Mediation Education training for Small Claims/County Civil Volunteers on October 21, 2022 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon . The training will cover the topic of evictions and best practices for mediating small claims cases. Coffee and a light breakfast will be served to thank our volunteers for their service to the circuit.
