Born November 25, 1949, at Fort Clayton, Panama Canal-Canal Zone, Panama. Moved to Miami, FL in 1955 from New Orleans, LA and has been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1981.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics from Florida State University 1972. Juris Doctorate from Samford University Cumberland School of Law 1975.

2007 to 2012- Circuit Judge, 15th Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Circuit Civil Division.

2012 to 2017 - Circuit Judge, 15th Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Family and Probate Divisions

2017 to Present - Circuit Judge, 15th Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Circuit Civil Division.

30 plus years complex courtroom experience in over twelve circuit courts, including U.S. Southern District Court of Florida.

AV rated Martindale Hubbell since 1985, highest competence and ethical rating.

Listed Nationally in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers, (limited to top 5% of lawyers) while a practicing attorney.

Florida Bar Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Supreme Court since 1985 and recently re-certified until 2010.

Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
