In-Custody Defendants scheduled for Preliminary/Final Violation of Probation Hearings, Plea Conferences and Bond Hearings WILL BE transported. .
Out of Custody Defendant(s): A Defendant's presence is required at ALL HEARINGS unless previously waived by the Court or by Court order.
Motion Hearings (5-10 min) for In-Custody Defendants should only be set on a Monday or Friday at 8:30 a.m., (with the exception of arraignments on Thursdays), and must be coordinated with the assigned Assistant State Attorney.
Motion Hearings (5-10 min) for Out-of-Custody Defendants should be set on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 8:30 a.m. and must be coordinated with the assigned Assistant State Attorney.
VOP hearings (in or out of custody) are held on Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m.
