Monday: West County (Div. JA): Morning - Dependency Docket, begins at 9:30 a.m. / Afternoon - Delinquency Docket, begins at 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday: Morning - Trials/Special Set Hearings, begins at 9:00 a.m. / Afternoon - Delinquency Docket begins at 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Dependency Docket, begins at 9:00 a.m.
Thursday: Trials/Special Set Hearings
Friday: Trials/Special Set Hearings

Motion Hearings

All motions must be filed and docketed with the Clerk BEFORE requesting hearing time from the Judicial Assistant (JA). Please email requests for hearings to the JA, Lorainne L. Pratts, at lpratts@pbcgov.org. Include the case number, amount of time for hearing, attach a copy of the motion for the Court's review and include all parties within the email. Upon review, available hearing dates/times will be provided. Once all the parties have agreed on date/time, then confirm with the JA. 

Notices of hearings shall certify that counsel has conferred with all pertinent parties who may be affected by the relief sought in the motion in a good faith effort to resolve or narrow the issues raised.  Or, if applicable, counsel shall certify they have made reasonable efforts to confer with all pertinent/affected parties but have been unable to do so.

***Please provide case law for motion hearings (and TRIALS) for the Court's review AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR to the hearing/trial date.

Calendar Calls

All motions must be filed and docketed with the Clerk AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR to Calendar Call, with courtesy copies provided to the Court, unless opposing counsel has no objection to hearing such motion(s), with less than 48 hours notice.

A timely-filed motion is required, absent good cause.
